Eating On Peanuts May Extend Your Life

...

When a Study saids that it 'MAY' do something to help your life; I feel studies and findings have a long journey to go before finding real soild proof of its effects on the human body. Continuous research is always require, this is science after all.

According to a Netherlands findings, a new study reveals that people who eat peanuts regularly 'may' have your life extended (live longer). However, peanut butter does not count due its' salt and vegetable oils. The oil in itself contains trans fatty acids, that will destroy the protective nutrition in the peanuts.

In the study, people who ate peanuts at least a ounce (10 grams) or other nuts; were 23 percent less likely to die over a 10 year period than people who did not eat nuts. Usual thing about this study is that, eating more than a ounce of peanuts did not bring futher decreases in people's risk of dying during the study. Therefore, I assume moderation is the key to this study on peanuts/nuts.

...

I found this Article from MSN entitle "4 Best Foods For Your Brain". In this Article, research points out that certain foods can help kill off memory loss, dementia, & even Alzheimer's disease. There was a study in the Journal Alzheimer's & Dementia; saying that the Mind Diet can (may) reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer's by 53%. When it comes to following this diet, you do not have to every detail to get the the benefits. The people (study participants) who follow the diet kinda sort-of (moderately) lowered their risk of Alzheimer's disease by 35%.

What is the MIND DIET? The Mind Diet is the 'Mediterrranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay'. This diet is a combination of the Mediterranean and DASH diet. According to prevention.com , it saids, "Both the Mediterranean and DASH diets have shown brain-boosting benefits in past research, even though both are typically touted for their protective powers for the heart. The MIND diet, on the other hand, emphasizes the pieces of each that have been specifically linked to dementia prevention and modifies other aspects, like fruit consumption, for added benefit".

Here Are The 4 Best Foods for Your Brain:
  1. FATTY FISH
  2. GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES

Xyla (100% Xylitol)

...

Upon tasting Xylitol, I was impress with the taste. Xylitol has a light sweetness to it, compare to regular sugar. Regular Sugars' sweetness is stronger. Once you try xylitol, you will be able to tell the diffrences between sweetnesses with other sugars. The best thing about xylitol is it will not make you feel tired after consuming. With regular sugar you have a 'crash and burn' effect.

What so good about xylitol, is that it is a "low-glycemic sugar" and "metabolized independently of insulin and is safe for diabetics". I will usually add it into my coffee and coconut milk unsweetened. As I said before coconut milk and xylitol goes very well with each other. Inaddition, I strongly assume it will goes great with whatever baking recipes, you can think of. The look of xylitol of each grain looks like a crystal almost. When I ate xylitol by itself, it would dissolve in your mouth smoothly. All I can say about Xlya is it leaves a sweet clean feeling in your mouth. I hope I fully describe how xylitol taste to you.

Nutiva Coconut Oil

...

This is the Nutiva Coconut oil review. I have been using coconut oil for awhile now. Upon trying this brand of coconut oil, it is pretty good. Nutiva has a very strong coconut smell to it and I am not saying that a bad thing. The smell might overwhelm some people, but it was wonderful to me. I think you will enjoy it as well, for those who love coconut products. When I first put the oil in my mouth, it melted quickly and had a smooth texture from the meltdown. The Smell was still lingers around within my mouth and nose after trying it. When I first open the jar of coconut oil, the contents were a white transparency creamy apperance to it.

There will be times where you do not want to add coconut oil with a certain food recipes. This will result in your recipe smelling like coconut. Only used recipe that complement coconut very well. Anyhow, I used coconut oil in my coffee and add cinnamon plus Stevia with it. This combination I made, for my coffee is soild mixture of sweetness (Stevia) and the smell you get with the oil. So if you are driniking coffee that is bold/strong; coconut oil will make it smell better and tasteable to you. Inaddition, I also used coconut oil to cook with like stir fry or pan frying meat. I recommend, that you be careful when heating up the oil in the pot or pan, the smell of coconut will become stronger as it is heated up. I feel the smell overpower the other taste of the foods your cooking with. So, do not over heat the coconut oil. It is best to melt the coconut oil first and then add it into your food. After the mixing of food and oil, then you can turn the heat up to cook it altogether.

I have in the past used the coconut oil for my hair and skin. The results of that was good for me. It made my skin feel moist and suck the oil right into the skin after applying it. The same results goes for the hair as well.

So Delicious Coconut Milk (Unsweetened)

...

I recently tried So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk for the first time. Upon tasting it, there was no flavor (taste) at first. It went smooth going down my throat. After Drinking it, I kinda taste a subtle hint of flavor. The aftertaste of it has a liquid creamy feel. I assume it like driniking milk, which gives the name coconut milk. I only had milk couple of times awhile ago. So I cannnot give you a comparison test between milk and coconut milk. Overall, this is a review of this particlar product.

Anyhow, it does have a slippery texture to it for a aftertaste after consuming. There is definitely a cystal clear white color of the milk itself. I got a good amount of energy from it. For me, it had a feel good mental stimulation towards the front of my mind (frontal lobe). I am reminded that it looks similar to kefir. It seems like a good substitute for coffee and added to a breakfast meal.

It is best to add fruit, Stevia, or any other healthy additive that good for you. Inaddition, it is best to buy the unsweetened verison of it. That way you can do many things with it like baking. I added cinnamon and xylitol (All Natural Sweetener) in coconut milk. It turn out to have a ok taste to it and had a light sweet taste when adding Xylitol. The So Delicious brand does not have the Coconut smell. But, the 'Silk' brand of coconut milk had a coconut smell to it.  And yes, i did try the Silk brand by the way. All in All, I prefer the So Delicious Verison but that just me.

There will be a link down below to Amazon, if you decide to buy So Delicious Unsweetened. Also it best to buy the refrigerated coconut milk version. The one on amazon is the non-refrigerated version. The only difference is, how do you want to store your coconut milk between the two versions(??). Inaddition, it is important to know that the non-refrigerated one has preservatives. The perservatives in it has to be there to preserve contents of the milk, while on store shelves. The Perservatives are unhealthy for you. So it is like a double edge sword for the perservatives. If you want fresher coconut milk, then go with the refrigerated version. Improtantly, MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT ALLERGIC TO COCONUT BEFORE CONSUMING! I want you to stay safe and sound. Take Care Readers...

Eau Good Bottle

Think of the Eau Good as a 'Natural Water Filter'. Eau uses Binchotan Active Charcoal to filter water. Activated Charcoal has been treated with oxygen to open millions of pours. This Process will make it highly porous. Therefore, substances would be organic chemicals (carbon-based impurities) that go along the surface to be trapped. Carbon-Based materials are chlorine, contaminants, odors, and pigments. Not all materials such as sodium, nitrates, and fluoride; are not attracted to the Charcoal. Finally, we have something natural to filter water with. Check it out.

White Unsweetened Grapefruit Juice

For all the drinkers, White Grapefruit Juice helps with hangover headaches by detoxifying the liver.
Have 8 to 10 ounces (oz.) to drink, before heading out to drink alcohol.
White Grapefruit Juice is naturally sweet.
The taste is very tart.
You might not like the taste but, it will help you.
Red Grapefruit Juice is too sweet and has extra added sugar.

Formulated P28: High Protein Bread

First time seeing  this bread...i needed to try it. So i did try it. This high protein bread is very chewy, like what other people told me beforehand. In addition, it a little tiny bit tough to rip apart by hands. It would be better to eat this with something (ex. sandwich). When eating this only (just the bread itself), it had a taste that was not as tasteful compare to potato bread, but you can taste the the 2g. of sugar with it tho. It is 100% whole wheat and has 14 grams of protein every 2 slices of bread. Also has 7 essential amino acids, 7 grams of whole grains per serving, cholesterol free, fiber, omega 3's, whey isolate, 6% calcium and iron, 2 g. polyunsaturated fat, and 0.5g monounsaturated fat.* This bread does contain wheat, milk, and soybeans just as a warning*. Overall the ingredients are pretty good, but check out the ingredients for yourself and you be the judge to see if this is the bread for you. All in all, A must get for bread.
