Shea Moisture's Raw Shea Butter (Deep Treatment Masque)

There are many hair products out there that have WAY TOO MANY ingredients in them. Some or most of the ingredients are made out of chemicals. The makers of the hair care products will not put all natural ingredients in them. I guarantee you that there is at least one chemical ingredients hiding some where, in the Hair care products. The chemicals itself might be a secret ingriendient within the product. YOU NEVER KNOW what really inside these products. When I mean products, it is bascially a broad range of main stream products; sold at most stores. I notice that I have been using Shea Moisture, every time I wash my hair. Therefore, I mainly used Shea Moisture to clean my hair with alone. I am safityifed with how well it will take the dirt out my hair. I overall, i feel a good feeling with the process of using Shea Moisture; while I wash my hair.

Upon looking at the substance itself, it is a creamy white substance. When you touch this substance and rub with your fingers; it is a slippery wet feeling. The smell is not too strong or too light, it is right in the middle. The smell has some type of fragreance to it as well. When you do use it, it will not sudz up like your traditional shampoo. Your hair will just have a white color to it; when you apply it when washing. Improtantly, I have to admit that Shea Moisture has very good group of ingreidents within it. It just might be a product with ALL natural ingredients.

Oil Pulling for Teeth

...

I first came across Oil Pulling, when I watched the Dr. Oz Show. Oil Pulling is when you put (sesame) oil in your mouth and gargle it like mouthwash for 10 minutes or so. You do not have to fiercely gargle it hard for those 10 minutes. Just simply gargle it and spit it out after 10 minutes are up. Once you have spit the oil out, the oil of your choice will have a white color to the oil. The white color is suppose to be, the bad bacteria and other bad build up from the mouth. Especially, the oil will pull out those hard to reach places; where flossing fails to get between teeth and such. I Personally use the oil pulling technique and have been using it for some time now.As a result, I use sesame oil to clean my mouth. After using this technique, I notice that my mouth felt cleaner. My teeth were whiter than usual after using it for some time now. I am happy about the results that i've gotten and will use it for years to come.

When it comes to picking the oil for oil pulling, the ones that are recommended are sesame oil or coconut oil. But, I ask you (the reader) to look into what oil is right for you. In,addition, make sure you are not allergic to any of the oils that are recommended for oil pulling.

Eco-Me Mia (Fresh Mint)

I recently try out Eco-Me Mia, with Fresh Mint. I must say, that this hand soap really has a very nice minty smell with it. A decent, but not too strong of a smell. Especially, after washing your hands with the product; that the smell spread outward around the environment. Your hands will feel really clean and fresh, to the point where you will smell your hands often. The ingredients are simple and kept to a minimal with natural, pure and safe ingredients. Other hand soap products, will have extra added unnecessary ingredients that will cause; the skin of your hands to be dry. Best thing about this soap, is that it is chemical-free and cruelty-free (animal). Eco-Me, just gets to the point and keeps it simple as can be.

Ingredients (Fresh Mint):

Castile Soap
  • Jojoba Oil Soap (Potassium Jojobate)
  • Coconut Oil Soap (Potassium Coconate)
  • Olive Oil Soap (Potassium Olivate)
  • Rosemary Extract (Oleoresin Rosmarinus Officinalis)
  • Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf)
  • Vegetable Glycerin (Glycerin)
  • Plant Essential Oils (Natural Fragrance: Proprietary Blend of Essential Oils)
