Formulated P28: High Protein Bread



First time seeing  this bread...i needed to try it. So i did try it. This high protein bread is very chewy, like what other people told me beforehand. In addition, it a little tiny bit tough to rip apart by hands. It would be better to eat this with something (ex. sandwich). When eating this only (just the bread itself), it had a taste that was not as tasteful compare to potato bread, but you can taste the the 2g. of sugar with it tho. It is 100% whole wheat and has 14 grams of protein every 2 slices of bread. Also has 7 essential amino acids, 7 grams of whole grains per serving, cholesterol free, fiber, omega 3's, whey isolate, 6% calcium and iron, 2 g. polyunsaturated fat, and 0.5g monounsaturated fat.* This bread does contain wheat, milk, and soybeans just as a warning*. Overall the ingredients are pretty good, but check out the ingredients for yourself and you be the judge to see if this is the bread for you. All in all, A must get for bread.
