I know I am going to try to use this information on a daily basis as well. The article is about learning about food additives and how to avoid the bad additives and go for the good ones. Anyhow, the information presented is about how in the present moment; that  factory-made foods have made chemical additives that have found a way (forcing) on to peoples' major part of their diet. There are no more days of the past that has our food comimg only from farms only. It gives a list of the folowing ingredients to avoid in general, but it does STRESS that you cut back on sugar and salt, which causes more harm than all the other additives combined. Also some food additives are considered "generally recognized as safe" and can enter the food supply without so much as a quick review by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
