Looking to get Stronger




Upon looking at this book, i found this book to be a foundational book that each person can used for mental guidance and strength. If you feel you lack mental toughness or masculine energy which is every mans birth right. Then this book is starting point to a future you determine. I feel every man needs to know self defense in his own right. Forget gaining muscle to feel that power that you need to feel. Lifting weights is very important to a man's health, but it is essenital to learn martial arts. You must have that sense of confindents and security as you walk on this earth. The way events are unfolding lately, i think it is a good consideration to learn self-defense.

In the Fighting Method, I picked up one cool fact that was very informative to use while you are exercising. This is as stated in the book, "skipping rope (jump roping) is one of the best exercises for developing a sense of balance". Also "Ten minutes of skipping rope is equivalent to to 30 minutes of jogging". Therefore, I found that to be very cool to learn and started to jumprope as a result.
