Men Having Trouble Dating Women

EVERY MAN HAS TO LEAD THE WOMAN

MASCULINE ENERGY

DO NOT HESITATE
...

Dating is a art form (dating dynamic). It can feel like taking a class, if you do not have the experience with women. The process would then become MENTALLY tough because of your dating MINDSET. Therefore, you have come to the right article for your journey into the dating world. As A reminder before going deeper into the material, it is that i'm not a dating expert. I am still learning about all of this stuff, just like you.

Everybody has three ways, that men learn about dating/women. One, you learn thur books and other reading materials. Two, you learn thur friends, family, and strangers. Three, you learn thur trial and error (THE HARD WAY). I'll come back to why "the hard way" is of such importances.

I found this book that was mind changing to me. The books I have read before this recent book, really question my current knowledge of dating. Deep down I knew previously that, the information in this current book was the correct information to begin the journey with. In total, it comes down to the "The Hard Way" and not the "Easy Way" when dating women.

In "The Manual: What Women Want And How To Give It To Them" by W. Anton, he breaks down the dating process to its most basic fundamental Elements. When doing things the hard way in dating; what that means is that, men have to deal with "UNCERTAINTY" during the dating process. Uncertainty would be consider fear of rejection, approach anxiety and not knowing what to do in the MOMENT FACE to FACE with women. The main goal of the book, is how to deal with uncertainty. Bascially do not hesitate and talk to women in the MOMENT! There is no need for pick up lines, strategy/tactics, and no need for excuses for why you can't approach the woman. No excuses at all! You keep it simple and approach her straight up. After you approach, you state your interest/intentions for why you are there talking to her; in the first place. Get her attention 1st, say "hi" or "excuse me miss". After that, the first words out YOUR mouth should be stating your intentions towards her. THEN you proceed with small talk. The aim is to be VERY DIRECT with her. More details about this specific topic will be cover more in his book.

When I say "Approach her", that means approach her straight up in front of her. Not to the sides or behind. Before approaching her in the moment, do not for cues to see if she is interested in you. That should not matter or is it important to find out if she is. Find out, AFTER she gives you a response to your direct approach. Don't look to see if she alone or with friends, body language cues, smiling or not (friendly looking). All of the cues are under the category of MAKING EXCUSES for yourself for why you can't approach her. It is all in the mind, a mindset.

When I read this information, it was a slap to the face several times! It woke me up and made me even more determine to battle my issues with dating. If I was to tell you how long I went without sex, you would be shock (maybe to some people tho). That's a secret I am too embarrass to speak on. Some other time then. Anyhow, this book is defintily not made to make you feel good. It is to give you the HARD HITTING REALITY of the dating world. The only way is to confront your uncertainty (fear/rejection) is to exposed yourself to more interactions with women.

I want to leave you with a very important factor in the game of dating. And that is to pick who YOU find attractive with women. Attractive women only. It is important to end up with attractive women because it will be that much more fulfilling to you. If you end up without one, it won't feel worth it overall. Then you will regret not pushing yourself to deserving what you deserve with women.

In the end, you will not regret your choice of approaching attractive women. This might leave to dating, one night stand, relationship, f!uk buddies (lol). Gain that experience with women which will lead you to a super attractive woman. No man has time to become friends first or get stuck in the friend zone with no way out. Leave that to the simps. Life is too short for all that.

Using Imagination as Yoga for the Mind

...

I guess imagination can be very powerful for the mind. Let me explain why. The article by Sally Safadi, entitled "Imagination is Yoga for the Mind"; gives very good points as to why this is. I'll list the points.

KEY POINTS From 'IMAGINATION IS YOGA FOR THE MIND' as quoted by Sally Safadi
  1. "Flexing the muscle of imagination generates mental flexibility and supports adaptability, which allows us to more easily shift thought patterns, alter responses and better adjust to varying circumstances."
  2. "Imagination is an extension of thinking that projects our intentions and desires through creativity."
  3. "While knowledge is important, facts and information require imagination to result in creation."
  4. "Our minds generate 60,000 thoughts per day, on average; often, a mix of memories and projected future scenarios coming together to create images that influence our responses to the present moment."
  5. "The ability to direct and take control of our thoughts is gaining acceptance through mindfullness, meditation and yoga to produce better streams of thought."
  6. "The mind should ideally maintain a balance between flexibility and focus, and cultivation creativity with our imagination develops a more malleable thinking pattern."
  7. "A more flexible way of seeing the world, it is easier to change habits, modify environments, insight, alter our sense of awareness and broaden the perpective through which we see the world."
  8. "Creative exercises are mental yoga that allow the mind to stretch and pose in different postures and flexing the mind takes time, practice and persistance to succeed."
  9. "The framework in which we see the world should not be self-limiting."
  10. "Our heads are boxes that contain the neurons that allow us to think. Envision a greater world requires imagination, and this capacity can be developed with the proper tools."
  11. "Finding our imagination helps us live in a more powerful way. IT WAS THERE THE WHOLE TIME."

What The Deal With Pistachio, Nuttiest Biogas?

...

Turkey has begun using tons of pistachio shells to produce biogas (methane) as a alternative energy source, instead of dumping them in the landfills. The country plans to power one of their cities with this unconventional fuel. This would be the first eco-city as well. Turkey is one of the largest producers of pistachios. The southern region near Syrian border is the where the production is, which produces 50 percent of its' pistachios.

So the plan/project for this fuel, involves 7,900 arce metropolis that is expected to house 200,000 people in the Gaziantep Province.

The project has not went through as of yet. But if the project does move forward, the plan will start within 2 years and be completed within 10 years. Therefore, the beginner phase will focus on 135 acre land and will expand into the entire city.

This might inspire other agricultural regions to look at what they consider waste, as what can be used as a energy source.

Part 2: Vitamin E is Brain Essential

...

In my last post about Vitamin E, I did not fully explain the mechanism, that makes vitamin E essential to the Brain. Therefore, I will pull out key information from the OSU article on vitamin E.

Based on OSU Research, they have discovered how vitamin E deficiency may cause neurological damage. This is cause by robbing the brain of the building blocks it needs, to maintain neuronal health.

The research done to make this discovery of how vitamin E deficiency works, was based on the work done with the zebrafish. So throughtout the zebrafish's life, it was fed a diet that was deficient in vitamin E. Therefore, it had 30 percent lower levels of DHA-PC. DHA-PC is apart of the cellular memebrane in every brain cell (neuron). Then it went on to say that, LYSO-PLs were a average lower of 60 percent in fish with the Vitamin E deficiency diet. The zebrafish was a year-old when participating in the study. So with the level of vitamin E deficiency that the fish had, it was EQUIVALENT TO A HUMAN LIFETIME OF A LOW VITAMIN E DIET. BUT, the fish's diet was for the zebrafish whole life that was similar to SOME humans with the Vitamin E deficiency.

In the United States, 90 percent of men and 96 percent of women do get their proper levels of Vitamin E (by the way). Also these stats are kinda surprising due to the fact that, United states citizens have higher rates of different diseases going on than in other countries in the world. For Example, diseases simliar to cancer, obesity, diabetes and etc.

Now lets get to the equally important facts in the article.

There are recent studies that indicated biomarkers for people (humans) that can predict higher risk of Alzheimer’s disease. Because of these recent studies, it was stated that low levels of DHA-PC in blood plasma were causes of high risk alzheimer's disease. So make sure you eat your fish that has high amounts of DHA people.

But just as important as study just stated, another study states that LYSO-PLs are needed for getting DHA into the brain and serve as BUILDING BLOCKS that aid in membrane repair. Plus Lyso-PLs is a nutrient for transporting DHA. DHA is a a polyunsaturated fatty acid, which is the most important nutrients found in omega-3 fatty acids. These omega-3s are found in fish oil and other foods

What I found the most interesting within this article is that vitamin E in human diets is mostly provided by the dietary oil(s) like olive oil. Also the food with the highest levels of E are almonds, sunflower seeds, or almonds

Maret Traber who was lead author on this article had important statements said. she mention that human brains are very enriched in DHA but they can not make it and get it from the liver. So lyso-PLs carry the specific molcules to the brain from the liver. Therefore, those compounds are vastly decrease when vitamin E intake is low. This will set the stage for cellular membrane damage and neural (neuronal) death. She also said that other research has shown that the progression of alzheimer's disease can be slowed down by increasing vitamin E.

All in all, what this article comes down to is DHA is needed and Lyso-PLs are building blocks to transport DHA which is very enriched in the brain.

Vitamin E is Brain Essential

...

According to researches at Oregon State University, they have discovered why vitamin E is essential for Healthy Brains. When there is a deficiency in vitamin E, this may cause neurological damage by damaging the supply line of specific nutrients and robbing the brain of the building blocks it needs to maintain health. Maret Traber (PhD/lead author of the study, who was published in the Journal of Lipid Research) said,"In a sense, if vitamin E is inadequate, we're cutting by more than half the amount of materials with which we can build and maintain the brain."

But according to the National Institutes of Health, it was stated that several studies investigated to determined if vitamin E supplements might help older adults remain mentally alert and active, plus prevent or slow the decline of Alzheimer's disease. But there was not enough strong helpful research to provide whether taking vitamin E supplements can help healthy people or mild mental fuctioning probelms to maintain brain health.

First of all, taking supplements DOES NOT, compare to eating whole foods that have the same vitamin within those foods. Supplements only help half way depending on what TYPE of supplement you are taking and how it was PROCESS.

Inaddtion, to contradict my own personal assumption in the last paragraph. Life-Echancement mention that by maintaining a high intake of vitamin E from just food by itself; it is possible to avoid the 8 to 9 year cognitive aging effect caused by a decrease comsuption of E. But supplementation of E would have value. The statement that support the supplementation to a degree is as stated "Given the important role that vitamin E evidently plays in protecting cognitive function, there is hope that supplementation with this vitamin may help in preventing, or at least delaying the onset of, serious neurodegenerative disorders, such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases".

Vitamin E ability is to protect neurons against oxidative damage MAY have important effects on healthy neurological aging.

Exercising The Mind And Body May Not Protect Against Alzheimer's (Bad News?)

...

There is now new research suggesting that, staying physically fit and mentally fit may help healthy people ward off the mental decline that comes with aging, BUT it does not affect the underlying causes of Alzheimer's disease. Inside people with Alzheimer's, there are abnormal, fuzzy, and cloud-like clusters of Fragments of protein called BETA-AMYLOID that surround nerve cells, plus block their signals. Therefore, this leads the person's mind function and memory to deteriorate.

Most Importantly, in the study researchers looked at Beta-Amyloid and other characteristics of Alzheimer's. This lead them to see if there were characteristics in people's brains responded (correlated) with mental and physical exericises. As a result, results reveal that exercises may possibly be disconnected from any protection against Alzheimer's diesease characteristics of the brain. This was a statement of the results by Keith A. Johnson (co-director of the Massachusetts Alzheimer's Disease Research Center at Harvard Medical School).

Eating On Peanuts May Extend Your Life

...

When a Study saids that it 'MAY' do something to help your life; I feel studies and findings have a long journey to go before finding real soild proof of its effects on the human body. Continuous research is always require, this is science after all.

According to a Netherlands findings, a new study reveals that people who eat peanuts regularly 'may' have your life extended (live longer). However, peanut butter does not count due its' salt and vegetable oils. The oil in itself contains trans fatty acids, that will destroy the protective nutrition in the peanuts.

In the study, people who ate peanuts at least a ounce (10 grams) or other nuts; were 23 percent less likely to die over a 10 year period than people who did not eat nuts. Usual thing about this study is that, eating more than a ounce of peanuts did not bring futher decreases in people's risk of dying during the study. Therefore, I assume moderation is the key to this study on peanuts/nuts.

Xylitol: An Anti-Adhesion Agent

...

I recently found this article/advertorial in a health newspaper. It is basically just an informative advertisement. Anyway, Xylitol known for its' effective effects on oral health and better yet a good alternative for sugar 100%. But get this, recent research shows xylitol usefulness in upper respiratory health. Futhermore, the article states that xylitol has a unique ability to interfere with bacterial adhesion. Due to xylitol anti-adhesion effects, bateria is not able to colonize and live fully. This effect on bacteria will wash bacteria away. Plus the anti-adhesion effect does not let the bateria stick to tissue. The article did state that, for bacteria to thrive; they must attach to the cell membrane. I am conclusing that tissue means cell membrance when sticking to tissue.

If the Bacteria is successful with thriving in the cell membrane; then they metabolize and grow into a Biofilm (city of bateria). Also as a result of bacteria, if the body senses bateria; it will response with congestion, runny nose, inflammation, and other reactions. Now with the use of antibiotics in todays world, antibiotics make the bacteria resistant which leads to more issues.

Back in 1996, xylitol's anti-adhesion properties were discovered by accident. Some things are really discovered by accident when the purpose was for something else to be made. But there was this british medical journal published that has done past research on xylitol. In this Study, it found that children who chew on xylitol chewing gum had a 42% fewer ear infections. Also results of the research, found a correlation with upper respiratory and xylitol. Since then the studies support the anti-adhesion of xylitol.

The reasons why xylitol is mention with bacteria is beacuse this is a advertisement of XLEAR, that is a article within its advertisement. Xlear is a nasal spray that clean your nasal passages. It cleans your nasals like washing your hands with soap and not just was washing your hands with water. Washing your hand with water just will not clean your hands fully; this would be similar in that this is a analogy for using nasal spray with saline solution to clean your nose.

When you have a nasal spray that has Xylitol, the bacteria can not stick to tissue within the nose. If bacteria did stick then this will result in a sinus, ear or respiratory infections. Therefore, this article saying that for these infections to start; the nose is where the bacteria begins to travel, which will attempt to get to your cell membrane(s).

(SIDE NOTE): I have not try Xlear. This was just a informative article on the subject of xylitols' applications. I am not responsible for whoever uses Xlear. I will let you know if I do try this product. Use Xlear at your own risk.

Stress Ramps Up Inflammation

...

Peggy Zoccola who has a Ph.D and also a assistant professor of psychology at Ohio University; has found that dwelling upon events that are stressful can SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASE INFLAMMTORY CHEMICALS IN THE BODY. So researchers did a test that require 34 healthy young women (no men for some strange reason) giving public presentation for job interviews. After these presentations, half the women were asked to think about there performances. But the other half were to asked to think about neutral events and images.

As a result of this test/study conducted, all women at first did experience sigificantly higher levels of this chemical called 'C-reactive protein'(CRP). In details, the levels of CRP continued to increase for at least one hour after the performance thought reflection group.

For those who continued to think neutral thoughts; levels returned to normal during the same time period as the ones who levels increase when thinking about their Performances.

As for this Chemical CRP, it is produced in liver. Plus it will increase in a injury (Chronic Inflammatory Condition).

Mindfulness Meditation Lowers Blood Pressure

...

From the University of Virginia and Emory University, research has indicated that a few minutes of mindfullness meditation a day can significantly reduce high blood pressure among African Americans.

Therefore, within the research/study conducted; 15 men with high blood pressure plus chronic kidney disease (which was a crossover study) were tested. So it was 14 minutes of mindfulness meditation compared with 14 minutes of blood pressure education, during two different treament periods.

After the results were finished, the practice of mindfulness meditation reduced SYSTOLIC BLOOD PRESSURE (Systolic = the pressure in the arteries when the heart beats [when the heart muscle contracts]) AND DIASTOLIC BLOOD PRESSURE (measures the pressure in the arteries between heartbeats (when the heart muscle is resting between beats and refilling with blood).

Eating Peanuts Early on Reduces Allergy Risk

...

According to a study in the New England Journal of Medicine, this study might have some solutions to reversing the peanut allergy. So, "Researchers found that introducing peanuts during early childhood can actually decrease the risk of developing a peanut allergy later in life". Therefore, the study followed around 640 children with high risk of food allergies; this began with children between the ages of 4 to 11 months old. Within those 640 kids, half were fed peanuts and half were not. These children were tested for senitivities to peanuts before the experiment began and towards the end of the study with 5 years.

In Summary, the study found that 14% of children who avoided peanuts had a peanut allergy at the end of 5 years. This is 7 times more than the 2% of kids that were fed peanuts plus shown following a sensitivity.

Social Isolation Linked to Earlier Death

...

A new study from Brigham Young University tells that social interaction decreases the risk of premature death. From 1980 to 2014, 3 million people went through analysis conducted by scientists for this research. The study found their was a 32% increase in risk of death by social isolation, just by living alone. In essence, the perception of greater social isolation and elevated loneliness was 29% (loneliness) plus 26% (perception). These percentages are linked to risks of early mortality. Also, the results apply to men and women as well. For those (people) who are under the age of 65, the impact of feelings of isolation/loneiness are higher in percentage for mortality risk. And get this, Mortality rates for the isolated and lonely are comparable to people who smoked 15 cigarettes a day! Inaddition, isolation and loneliness is also comparable to obesity!

The article also mentions that texting too much can actually hurt a romantic relationship. This is why men and women are suppose to use the phone to set up meet ups and dates only! It is not for talking for hours or mins. This fact actually apply to men more that women. Anyhow, the lack of social connection is a added risk. But with the power of relationship that is in existence, it becomes a postive health effect. Therefore, think of a relationship can be used as medicine and food for the soul.

"Loneliness and social isolation can look very different. For example, someone may be surrounded by many people but still feel alone. Other people may isolate themselves because they prefer to be alone. The effect on longevity, however, is much the same for those two scenarios."

“Not only are we at the highest recorded rate of living alone across the entire century, but we’re at the highest recorded rates ever on the planet,” said Tim Smith, co-author of the study. “With loneliness on the rise, we are predicting a possible loneliness epidemic in the future.”
