Don't forget about Pilates, that is for men as well


In today's world, Pilates is associated with women. Pilates can be for men too. Pilates was originally created for men. Imagine everything between your shoulders to your end of your hips being "The Core". Shoulders to your hips would be the form a rectangle of sorts. This rectangle is the trunk of a tree. Once the core strengthen then branches of the tree strengthen as well. The branches are the arms, legs, and maybe the neck. So when the core is strong the whole become strong. This is the main Principle of Pilates
